They were together 43 years and he was the love of her life and will forever be in her heart. He was born in Berks County, Penn. His expertise was in woodwork. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He had lived in this area 14 years. He loved pets, hunting, fishing and the outdoors. He always rooted for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was loving, kind and with a heart of gold. He fought a one-year battle with stage 4 liver cancer.
He is also survived by his brother, Dale Abbott; sister-in-law: Susan Mark; brother-in-law Scott Mark; nieces and nephews, Joseph Brunt, Shannon Gibbin, Alexis Daniel, Kristina, Tony, April and Cody; a grandniece, Nadine; cous- ins, Karen, Kerry and Scott.
He will be missed dearly by everyone. Once you were a friend, you were a friend for life, and he would do anything for you. There will be a small gathering to celebrate his life in the future.
