Roy Eicher

 

63, passed away Oct. 14, 2016 of cancer at home. He was born in St. Petersburg, FL and was a lifelong resident. He attended 54th Ave. Elementary, Meadowlawn Middle, and Northeast High. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Michele; daughter, Tammy Bloom (Walter); stepsons, Nick Johnson and Jay Johnson (Tasha); five grandchildren; brother, Willis; nieces, Kim and Dawn; and many extended family. Roy had many interesting careers, meat cutter at Publix, He started with United Parking in Tampa, then was promoted to manager in St. Petersburg. He retired from Largo Medical Center as a security guard. Among his many hobbies were traveling, camping, canoeing, fishing, hunting, concerts, playing guitar, his train set up, train rides, spending time with family and friends, especially playing cards on Friday nights with Roy and Sandy. - See more at: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/tampabaytimes/obituary.aspx?
