Lance and I were in several classes together on and off thru high school years. He was a real character. Always had a bunch of friends around him. How Lance ever passed math was a mystery. I know the secret. You've been gone for awhile, but you are still missed.
I was so sorry to see Lance on the "In Memory" list.
We met in 7th grade in Music/Art class. He was so much fun and a good friend. When another student spilled paper mâché on me by accident and I got sent to the office, not the boy who caused the spill, Lance followed right behind me to support me and let the Principle know the teacher was unfair. After investigating the incident the Principle concluded we were right and changed our teacher. I remember the teacher told me he would "remember". Maybe he did remember but he was still out of a job when the Principle had several other girls come forward with similar verified incidents! Thanks Lance you are remembered.
