He's currently the president of ICVM, the International Christian Visual Media Association, a non-profit that produces a networking conference for Christian filmmakers once a year, and produces the Crown Awards that honor the best in indie Christian cinema, now in its 50th year.

He most recently produced the movie 'CHICKASAW RANCHER', a Western set in the 1800s of Oklahoma, and 'TE ATA', a dramatic movie about the legendary Indian storyteller set in the early 1900s. Both movies are currently on NETFLIX. See the TE ATA trailer here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYKmrkiFJ6U

He was Florida's State Film Commissioner from 2005-2008, appointed by Gov. Jeb Bush.

Sirmons line-produced 'HOME RUN', a theatrical faith-based movie; ‘TO WRITE LOVE ON HER ARMS’; and the 2011 theatrical movie ‘LETTERS TO GOD'.

In 2015, he served as the Interim Program Chair & Professor of Valencia College's Film Production program in Orlando.

He worked for 20 years as a DGA assistant director on such critically-acclaimed dramatic TV series as ‘Quantum Leap’, SeaQuest’, ‘Falcon Crest’, ‘Our House’ and ‘The Waltons’.

He directed and produced the award-winning family film, ‘THE FIRST OF MAY’, starring Julie Harris, Dan Byrd, Mickey Rooney and baseball legend Joe DiMaggio. It won 13 film festival awards, and has been aired on HBO, Cinemax, TBN, and around the world.

Sirmons serves on the advisory boards at two universities: Valencia College’s film program, and Full Sail University’s film program.

He's on the Film Committee for National Religious Broadcasters (NRB).

School Story:

Printing out copies of Star Trek's Enterprise in the library in dots with thousands of feet of yellow tape and millions of little holes punched in them! Ah, the early computers!

Thanks for posting, Wayne.  Sharon was a beautiful soul back in high school.  I don't know what other guys felt, but she was a dream girl back then -- from afar, of course!  So sorry to hear about alzheimers taking her.  What a wicked, mean disease.  I will trust God has her safely in His hands now, affliction-free in a far better land.

Found this obit online in Wakulla newspaper (Crawfordville, FL) from 2018 --

Keith Irwin ‘Kip’ Putt

Keith Irwin “Kip” Putt, 64, of Crawfordville, passed away peacefully at home on Oct. 26, 2018 with his wife of 16 years, Josephine “Josie” Putt, and live-in companion of 27 years by his side.

They were together 43 years and he was the love of her life and will forever be in her heart. He was born in Berks County, Penn. His expertise was in woodwork. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He had lived in this area 14 years. He loved pets, hunting, fishing and the outdoors. He always rooted for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was loving, kind and with a heart of gold. He fought a one-year battle with stage 4 liver cancer.

He is also survived by his brother, Dale Abbott; sister-in-law: Susan Mark; brother-in-law Scott Mark; nieces and nephews, Joseph Brunt, Shannon Gibbin, Alexis Daniel, Kristina, Tony, April and Cody; a grandniece, Nadine; cous- ins, Karen, Kerry and Scott.

He will be missed dearly by everyone. Once you were a friend, you were a friend for life, and he would do anything for you. There will be a small gathering to celebrate his life in the future.

David Conn of Bevis Funeral Home, Harvey Young Chapel in Crawfordville is assisting the family (www.bevisfh.com or 850- 926-3333).

Robin was such a sweet, wonderful person... heart of gold.  Here's a more complete obituary I found --

BAKER, Robin Lee (Hill)

Robin went home March, 27, 2019 to be with her husband, Rick, who went before her. Daughter of Marc and Dolores Hill, she was 64. She graduated from Northeast High School, went to University of Florida to study Music Theory and Education, and finished at University of South Florida. Robin was an accomplished organist and singer who served her church as youth pastor and teacher, one who truly loved the Lord. Her son, Matthew and wife Casi; her daughter, Melody Kincaid and husband Jamie; along with their children, Michael and Marc Rogers and Sophie Kincaid were the love of her life and survive her. Also surviving are her sister, April Benton and brother, Michael Hill; many nieces and nephews; and her father, Marc Hill. Memorial services will be held at Cornerstone Christian Center Dunedin Florida on April 6 at 10:30 am
